Convertible Supercars

The number of convertible supercars on the market is quite amazing. Despite being something preserved for the wealthy there is plenty of choice from high performance machines better suited to the track such as the Caparo T1 to those that can be used as everyday transport such as the Porsche 911.

Any one of them will produce performance that will impress so the choice between them is more related to personal tastes. Choosing a supercar is much more about the personality of the car than the performance figures. Certain cars may hold track records at the hands of professional drivers but in reality they will never be pushed to these kinds of limits by most of their customers. The cars that are the most achingly desirable and are the most theatrical to drive and live with are usually far more successful than those that are cold and functional. Loosing the roof adds an extra thrill to these cars and makes the driving experience even more special.
