Is this the face of sports cars to come? Or even cars in general? The Tesla Roadster is one the first electric powered sports cars to be built. It has performance figures which should not only worry rival manufacturers but oill companies too. It is built in England by Lotus for an American holding company. The Tesla promises to be a great drive with a great chassis and an amazingly broad power band. It's not cheap but then this is cutting edge stuff. As people who enjoy fresh air and peace and quiet while they drive this car really appeals to us.
