Westfield XI

The Westfield Eleven is based on the lightweight Lotus Eleven racing car of the 1950’s and was first built in 1984 however the car returned to Westfield Sportscars in 2004 relaunched as the Westfield XI. The reborn Westfield XI uses many components from the classic MG Midget or Austin Healey Sprite, along with a larger quantity of parts and panels handmade by Westfield Sportscars themselves.

The second run of the Westfield XI was built from 2004 until 2009 however growing demand resulted in order books being reopened in 2012 for a small third production run.

The design is small and minimal, keeping to the principles of Lotus founder Colin Chapman. Creature comforts are cast aside, but the Eleven remains a very pretty car particularly in the traditional British Racing Green livery.
