Honda appear to be planning a high performance S2000 Type-S model according to a teaser on their Japanese website. No specific details are shown but given the ability of other cars with the Type-S branding it should be something very special.
The S2000 has been in production for several years and this model may well be it’s final development before a replacement is launched. There is no news yet whether this car would be available outside of Japan but we look forward to the Tokyo Motor Show next month for further news.
